BMW X6 ENGINE REBUILD

BMW X6 engine rebuild from Reconworks. We are including the following: Xdrive30D Xdrive35D Xdrive40D M50D 3.0D M57, N57 & B57 Diesel platforms.

We can accommodate E71 & F16 diesel engines in all configurations, years ranging from 2008 upwards. All modern BMW diesel engines fitted to the X6 suffer from the same engine failures. Most of which being timing chain failure and spun connecting rod bearings. This could be for a number of reasons but most commonly a lack of oil changes and timing chain replacements.

We keep plenty of stock for all X6 diesel engine platforms and are ready to carry out the necessary engine work, either a engine rebuild, reconditioned engine or timing chain replacement. Components fitted as standard, engine rebuild:

Main & big end bearings, front seal, rear seal, sump gasket, complete timing kit with sprockets & tensioners, head gasket, rocker cover gasket, hydraulic tappets, rocker arms, valve stem seals, valves ground, piston rings, oil, coolant & oil filter. Components replaced as damaged: conrods, pistons, crankshaft, valves, valve guides, oil jets, oil pump. Internal engine components are OE original parts.
